Rick is the vice president of Shadwell Stables, which is owned by Sheikh Hamdan. Rick is pictured to the right of the horse, holding the reigns of Jazil. Rick currently resides in Lexington, Kentucky. He has been in the horse business for many years and loves his work. His love for horses all started in Arlington, Texas atthe age of sixteen

when young Rick bought and 18 month old thoroughbred for one hundred dollars without his parents knowing. He worked at Six Flags to provide the care and facilities for his new love. It wasn't until after he paid off the horse that he told his parents. At the age of 18, his passion became intensified when his father passed away. His horse became a natural outlet for the pain of his loss.
